【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationoftheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofcombinationovens.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectacombinationovenandunderstanditsenergyconsumption.Thistestmethodisapplicabletogasandelectriccombinationovensthatareoperatedinthecombinationmodeonly.Forevaluationofacombinationovenoperatedineitherconvectiononlymodeorsteamonlymode,applyeitherTestMethodF1496orTestMethodF1484,respectively.Thecombinationovencanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrateandthermostatcalibration(10.2).Preheatenergyconsumptionandtime(10.3).Idleenergyrate(10.4).Pilotenergyrate(ifapplicable)10.5).Cooking-energyefficiency,cookingenergyrate,andproductioncapacity(10.7).Waterconsumptionandcondensatetemperature(10.7).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
