【摘要】:ThispartofISO3547specifiesdimensionsoflubricationholes,groovesandboreindentationsonwrappedbushesmadeofsolidandmultilayerbearingmaterialforapplicationasplainbearings.Wrappedbusheswithlubricationholes,lubricationgroovesorlubricationboreindentationsinaccordancewiththispartofISO3547canbeorderedwithdimensionsinaccordancewithISO3547-1andmadefrommaterialsinaccordancewithISO3547-4.Lubricationholes,groovesandboreindentationsmaybeexecutedintheflatstripmetalpriortorolling.Dimensionalchangesbroughtaboutbytherollingofthestripmetalarepermissible.Marksoflubricationgroovesandborereliefsproducedbystampingmayappearonthebackofthebush.Smallcracksinthebearingmaterialinlubricationgroovesandboreindentationsarepermissible,providedthatnosmallpiecesbecomedetached.SeriesCbushesinaccordancewithISO3547-1:1999mayexhibitswellingrunningalongeithersideofthelubricatinggroovescausedbythestampingoperation.SeeISO3547-2fordetailsofthetestdatafortheinsideandoutsidediameter.Thedimensionswithouttolerancesareforguidanceonlyandmay,likethedimensionswhicharenotstipulated,beexecuteddifferentlyatthediscretionofthemanufacturer.
