【摘要】:ThispartofISO7919setsoutgeneralguidelinesformeasuringandevaluatingmachineryvibrationbymeansofmeasurementsmadedirectlyonrotatingshaftsforthepurposeofdeterminingshaftvibrationwithregardtoa)changesinvibrationalbehaviour;b)excessivekineticload;c)themonitoringofradialclearances.Itisapplicabletomeasurementsofbothabsoluteandrelativeradialshaftvibration,butexcludestorsionalandaxialshaftvibration.Theproceduresareappli-cableforbothoperationalmonitoringofmachinesandtoacceptancetestingonateststandandafterinstal-lation.Guidelinesarealsopresentedforsettingoper-ationallimits.NOTES1EvaluationcriteriafordifferentclassesofmachinerywillbeincludedinotherpartsofISO7919whentheybecomeavailable.Inthemeantime,guidelinesaregiveninannexA.2Theterm"shaftvibration"isusedthroughoutISO7919because,inmostcases,measurementswillbemadeonmachineshafts;however,ISO7919isalsoapplicabletomeasurementsmadeonotherrotatingelementsifsuchel-ementsarefoundtobemoresuitable,providedthattheguidelinesarerespected.ForthepurposesofISO7919,operationalmonitoringisconsideredtobethosevibrationmeasurementsmadeduringthenormaloperationofamachine.ISO7919permitstheuseofseveraldifferentmeasurementquantitiesandmethods,providedthattheyarewelldefinedandtheirlimitationsaresetout,sothattheinterpretationofthemeasurementswillbewellunderstood.ThispartofISO7919doesnotapplytoreciprocatingmachinery.
