【摘要】:1ThispartofISO8986establishesasystemofdesignationforpolybutenethermoplasticmaterialwhichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2Thetypesofpolybuteneplasticsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonap-propriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)densityb)meltflowrateandoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO8986isapplicabletoallbutylenehomopolymersandtocopolymersofbutylenewithamaximumcontentofother1-olefinicmonomersoflessthan50%(m/m)andwithacontentofnon-olefinicmonomerswithfunctionalgroupsuptoamaximumof1%(m/m).Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpelletsandtomaterialsunmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperform-ance.ThispartofISO8986doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Apart2tothisInternationalStandardcoveringthepreparation.oftestspecimensanddeterminationofpropertiesisbeingpreparedforuseifsuchdataarerequired.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(seeclause3,introductoryparagraph).
